Hercules are proud to have been recognised by the Armed Forces Employer Recognition Scheme achieving their Silver Award. Hercules has a history of employing individuals from the Armed Forces Community, whether they be reservists or recently transitioned out of the forces.
The construction industry continues to suffer from huge skills gaps and the Armed Forces community is one channel which can be utilised to help plug the gaps. We will continue to be very open in our support to the whole Armed Forces community.
Hopefully this time next year we will be turning silver into gold!
