As active partners of the Supply Chain Sustainability School we work with other contractors to identify best practise as well as learn from the experiences of others. We have trained Fairness, Inclusion and Respect (FIR) Ambassador within our business to ensure that all our workforce are represented and treated fairly and equally and have signed the industry FIR pledge. We train our employees on core industry topics such as modern slavery, social value and employment skills and ethics.
