Every member of our workforce is highly trained in their area of speciality. We ensure that our workforce is fully trained and competent and holds the relevant cards according to their operations. Hercules is committed to investing in the development of our workforce and carry out training courses and refreshers frequently so that all our workforce are up to date with the latest legislation and standards.
As a minimum all staff hold a CSCS card with other trade specific qualifications such as CPCS, EUSR, NRSWA, PTS, ICI-NR and ICI-LU etc. being held also. Training packs are completed and issued to the Client prior to individuals starting on site to allow full transparency of our workforce’s competence and skills. As well as the traditional first aiders we have a number of employees trained as mental health first aiders as we understand the importance of mental as well as physical wellbeing.
We have a fleet of vehicles, plant and a health screening trailer for cost saving measures to pass on to our clients. Our vehicles, plant and the use of our health screening trailer is also available for hire on request.
